Refund policy

At Poised, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains your rights and our returns process in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).

Returns Eligibility

Because the Poised Lift Bra™ is an intimate garment, returns are subject to hygiene and safety requirements.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original packaging.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair or any signs of wear.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return provided the bra remains completely unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene Policy

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bras that have been:

Worn.
Washed.
Tried on without underwear underneath.
Altered in any way.
Returned without their original tags or packaging.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or if we supplied the incorrect item.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive:

the wrong product,
a damaged item, or
a product with a manufacturing defect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Where appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. For qualifying defects, the CPA provides remedies including repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a qualifying defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, please contact us before returning your order.

Size exchanges are subject to:

Stock availability.
The item being returned in its original, unworn condition.
Compliance with our hygiene requirements.

If your requested size is unavailable, we'll discuss the available options with you.

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos where applicable.

Please wait for confirmation before sending any item back, as returns sent without prior approval may experience delays.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). Where the CPA provides greater protection than this policy, the CPA will apply.
