Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, we'll begin preparing it for dispatch.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Estimated delivery time:

8-12 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel throughout its journey.

Delivery Information

To help ensure a successful delivery, please make sure:

Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
A valid South African mobile number is provided.
Someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address during business hours.

If incorrect delivery information is provided, your order may be delayed.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

Deliveries to remote or outlying areas

Lost or Damaged Parcels
